lmao yes, the DLC is super easy to pirate on the PC, I bought the base game on Steam and then pirated ALL of the DLC using CreamAPI.
Just play on normal and use whatever skills, you don't really have to think too hard about it. It's pretty much a musou game combat wise.

Speaking of other Tales of games, so far I've heard the following opinions on whatever's available on the PC:
Zestiria = pure trash, but story has ties to Berseria, something something Eizen, supposedly the anime is better than the game
Symphonia = okay, nostalgiafags seem to love it, pretty basic shounen JRPG otherwise
Vesperia = supposedly the last "good" Tales of game before Berseria, it's really expensive atm though, I might as well just get DQ11 first
