I want to preorder it but the only reason I'd do that is on the hope that it'll turn out good. Right now there isn't anything in particular to draw me in. Even with the gameplay elements revealed so far, I've yet to see it in action and I'm uneasy as to whether it'll be boring maps/mechanics in actuality & the general setting doesn't really draw me in along with the wubby main theme

The game looks pretty fun so far but there's more to be unveiled, could go either way
Strength and Magic are split but hopefully characters with poor magic growths can be tutored to learn useful skills, spells and combat arts that help balance their effectiveness. The game seems to have a lot of potential in customization, but who knows how well they'll deliver

Be careful what you wish for. I forgive Path of Reddit and Reddit Dawn for nearly killing the series with their shit characters, shit maps, and shit gameplay, but I'll be damned if I let it taint the miracle revival that is post awakening FE(Excluding Echoes).
The last thing I wish for any vidya franchise is death, because there is no going back. Not even reboots can save a dead series.

I really liked how Echoes handled classes that I've been using for years (though I know the original did this too). Learning new magic spells was way more interesting than just using different tomes and the same goes for bows getting great range.

The only graphical complaint I personally have is the stupid SOV styled cutscenes. It didn't bother me until I was replaying RD and noticed that the cutscenes flowed better there. Other than that, I'm fine (the cobblestone memes are funny though)

Everything is so poorly written and over designed that the games are like a tonal Jackson Pollock painting. No one cares about the plot anymore, the setting is incidental, and no one has a personality outside of a boring anime trope. No one feels like they belong in the setting anymore, its just a bunch of random anime thots telling me how badly they want to suck my dick. Why the fuck is everyone acting like they're in highschool when they've just been marching through enemy territory for months slaughtering hundreds.
