Wait, oGCDs like gauss round and ricochet are now not affected by wildfire window? I guess this means more freedom to use them. Not sure if their decreasing the burst here and increasing sustained dps, I sort of liked MCH's burst rotations but hated the actual means to get into it.

Current WF affects ALL damage dealt by the MCH, including ogcds and autoattacks. This only affects weaponskills, and moreover the damage of those weaponskills is irrelevant, you get a set amount of WF potency for each one. So all you need to do for WF now is ensure you hit the maximum number of weaponskills during its duration, which is 5 (or 6 if rapid fire still exists).

god you're dumb. I didn't say it was "like the sen system", I said that one skill was more similar to the skill that samurais use to perform attacks than it is to dark arts. And it absolutely is.

Dark arts is a one-time use buff that enhances particular skills. Continuation is a placeholder skill that changes depending on the skills you're using. you use gnashing fang, you get "ready to rip" which turns continuation into jugular rip. When you use the claw skill combo'd with the fang skill you get "ready to tear" which turns continuation into abdomen tear. When you use the talon skill combo'd to the claw skill you get "ready to gouge" which turns continuation into the eye gouge skill. it's fucking nothing like dark arts. God you're dumb.

If you're hitting cap, sell the crafting mats, such as potash. There's always a market.

It is a context button like Iaijutsu. Look at the tooltip for Wicked Talon, it gives the buff "Ready to Gouge" just from using it, you don't need to press Continuation. Once you use Wicked Talon, the Continuation button turns into Eye Gouge. Similarly it turns into Jugular Rip after using Gnashing Fang, and it turns into Abdominal Tear after using Savage Claw.

So it just becomes an OGCD you use in between each weaponskill of the Fang > Claw > Talon combo, but that combo requires a powder charge.

The GNB basic rotation is:
Do your basic 1>2>3 combo, this give you a powder charge. Spend your powder charge on Fang > Claw > Talon and use the continuation oGCD after each of those. There's other stuff to spend charges on too.

Enochian is confirmed to be buffed to a 15 percent damage increase (up from 10 percent currently), they have a new skill (Umbral Soul) that allows them to build Ice stacks and Umbral Hearts without a target so you can upkeep between pulls in dungeons and during boss downtimes, they have a new single target version of Flare called Despair, and perhaps the biggest change of all is that swapping to the opposing element with Blizz/Fire 3 will cost 0 MP, which means that a BLM is free to manadump on the single target Flare every single Fire rotation. Also helps make the AoE rotation flow much better. And finally of course the double Foul. I can see the Eno getting trimmed back down to 10 percent though because as is I don't see how any other DPS stands a chance of competing.

Most likely all tanks will have an AoE damage attack by the time they hit dungeons. Also all tanks are going to get a two-step AoE combo. Overpower will combo into the overhead axe spin. Total Eclipse comboes into the jumping slash. Unleash comboes into a big dark sphere move.

Not that dude, but RDM Raise is absurdely overpowered. You have a rotation that's pretty much MP neutral, Dualcast, and Swiftcast, letting you Raise freely at any fucking point in the fight without losing much more than a single GCD of damage.
SMN does actually run out of MP even with proper Lucid usage and can't throw out an insta-cast Raise as every GCD, if you play optimally chances are very slim you will not have Swiftcast available when you need to Raise. Having to Raise absolutely cripples your resources and causes massive downtime, potentially throwing off your entire DPS cycle.

It's an absolutely absurd difference.
