Why is New England so good at Ultimate?

I don't think Sakurai understands what competitive is. In his old man mind, he believes it's a group of elite players that actively go on a crusade to destroy all casuals and their fun in their own private homes or something. The thought of people playing competitive and casually never crosses his mind, it's either one or the other with no middle ground to be seen.

And he also doesn't know that a lot of people took his advice to heart and now only play Melee competitively and don't even touch the new Smash games because that's what he said they should do.
