if it's a random or time-played kind of swap, there's a chance of still moving "decent" players onto the team with less players (which is typically losing)

I'd agree that people shouldn't be getting autobalanced within seconds of the match ending, but if you seriously think it isn't better than casual's 12v5 matches you're a madman.
