Agony was an empty walking simulator that only gained attention because of the demon rape censorship controversy. Scorn may be the same, but it at least has the visual flair of the Beksiński/Giger-inspired setting, which is far more interesting than a generic fire-and-gore Hell.

Because the state of SC show vs the vision of the game is massively different to RoN's video's and status.
RoN is Swat 5, something that has been shown heavily in the latest gameplay video.
Mean while SC is anywhere from 2-5 different games in its ambition. Having a high quality yet focused gameplay ambition(RoN) is different to a high quality but extremely broad and definition-less goal like SC. You can realistically expect RoN to release within a year or two maximum, if you try to expect SC to be "finished" within a year then youre a complete fool.

Yeah sorry with no new info I meant no actual new gameplay. Of course it looks like they are working on it, and they have a roadmap, but from 2019 release to "we are in june and we haven't even started alpha" looks like even early access won't be available until at least 2020.
