Lake's time skills give you additional turns and increases your crit chance which stacks with Beetle's already massive 60% bonus. The drawback is their low hp and def but that ass has a 30% chance to distract enemy and is specialised in tanking stab/plunging attacks. which are the most common late game. Finally, grandma has high dmg skills, but low agi so you need Lake to get the most out of her.
