Is anyone else entertained by watching retail players ruin the classic community before it's even out?
>#nochanges people cry for over a year >sharding is announced >people cry and blizzard decides not to do it >their solution is to "layer" the entire realm into multiple layers >#nochanges crowd is drowned out by tourists that just want to play the game and Blizzard will keep it in Lmao.
Instead of not seeing people at level 1-20ish you will now be missing out on people from 1-60.
do you mean how if there's too many people in one zone, the server will instance another copy of the zone and put some players there?
As long as it's done on a zone-by-zone basis, I don't see what the problem is. It avoids having to run past 9999 people in goldshire, while also making it possible to actually run into people in uninhabited places like desolace or felwood

that's literally just a normal human girl with purple skin and some tattoos faggot
>reminder that pic related is the face of WoW Classic How can people unironically watch assmongoloid the ugliest and most disgusting twitch streamer and how can they donate to him? Who are the people that do it? He didn't even play vanilla, he sucks at the game and his personality is obnoxious, he's literally balding autist living in a mold shack. If you have to watch some streamer then fine, but why this one? Are people doing that to feel better about themselves? I guess even the most hopeless NEET incel can look at assmoldgoloid and see that he's not as pathetic, ugly and uncharismatic as him, so that might be the reason. But why waste money on that shit?
So why the fuck isn't this layering shit limited to towns? Wouldn't that solve most of the server problems while minimizing the gameplay issues it brings up?
Ryder Reyes
pretty bad argument then because all you did was prove me right, shiteater
James Price
Layering and the cash shop were actually in vanilla, the reference client proves it.

What I don't care for is the face that they need to "show" that your character is undead at all times by having their bones poking out of whatever you're wearing.
>tier 56 indestructable maguffinite armor forged in the bowels of hell
>your spine is still fully exposed and your elbows, knees, and ribs are sticking straight out
UM EXCUSE ME SPERG BUT I AM NOT GOING TO SPEND ONE MORE MINUTE LEVELING THAN I ABSOLUTELY NEED TOO. IF THEY NEED TO SPRING UP A SERVER JUST FOR ME THEN THAT'S FINE.

Are you cute or do you only pretend to be?
Ryder Bell
its basically you/others will fade away to other hidden miniservers when crossing set game areas it goes against the whole seamless world that made WoW popular in the first place
Brayden Nelson
You don't see the problem with having retail nameplates in vanilla? Are you dumb or do you pretend?
