I would probably make her some kind of Unga Bunga with low heath auto-instal that increases range of her attacks and increases stun and stun/block which would open new combos for her.
I would also use her "clock". Here you could go in many different ways but I would probably just make her EX neutral special move clock forward which then would increase her power somehow. I would probably also take note from her kit before rebalance and make that clock reset after going full circle.
You could also try to fit her old kit fully, so every 10s clock moves forward. 4 states, one neutral, 1 defensive, 1 offensive, 1 whatever. Then you make one special a clock manipulation with huge cd.

Beato can easilly be gimmick filled with high risk high reward.

Who cares? You will drop it after a week or two anyway.
