No worthwhile updates since creation. There's a mod in development that makes them cut and plant trees, properly farm, and forge tools. Microsoft's handling of the game is a fucking joke.

Im trying to populate a city with "inhabitants" the vanilla untermench villagers can't "live" or navigate the city.

it wasn't really. Oldshoes had the city grow organically from survival and then later just went full creative after some point. So many builds looks like shit because its a city on a flatted plane with massive out of proportion buildings and exact grids. No town or city even in MC looks like that.

use CUSTOM NPCS sweet boy. Very easy and modular. Also get varied commodities by the same author for items to give NPCs. Various oddities adds additional player models

Saturation is the best thing they added ever, it actually fixes hunger for the most part. Now they just need to give me a reason not to eat beef and pork chops all the time.
