Pretty much. The novelty of it wore off because they didn't bother following the announcement up with anything, everyone's over it. E3 is going to see proper reveals for the new xbox hardware, and sony said they're talking about the ps5 some more this summer so stadia is going to have 0 eyes on it. I don't know why they held back so long, we've seen the system, we know the premise, we've seen the CONTROLLER even, but they didn't want to say "btw we got game X", fucking idiots.
