Cause they know you can't break it, has to be dodged. The rewards for throws is pretty big as well. It can work as a tactic in samsho but you have to use it sparingly.

Rushdown. Has a jumping move that can crossup and a hitgrab. Her range didn't seem particularly good.

She's the closest the game has to a Unga-Bunga ME RUSHDOWN character, but her damage didn't seem that great to me. Like mentioned, she has a move that naturally crosses up and a decent hitgrab.

I'll have fun using her when the game comes out on PC in time for Christmas.
