I'm looking for games similar to Soulsborne, Ico games or Hollow Knight.
Basically very little exposition and cutscenes before but still quite a bit of story and lore. Doesn't have to be full on sandbox, can be semi open world.

Fucking nerds, I swear
Half Life
everything about this thread reeks of reddit. just go back faggot
There aren't. That narrative style is very rare so you played all of them already
Diablo II maybe? Castlevania and metroid.
A lot of games can be like soulsborne if you skip the cutscenes.
Diablo 1 and 2 in terms of aesthetic and exposition.
Black Souls.
google it you fucking moron
Played those, but thanks.
Maybe I should. In case of Castlevania can I just start with Symphony of the Night?
Just play Kings Field and Shadow Tower
sekiro my nigga
> In case of Castlevania can I just start with Symphony of the Night?
You can. It's a direct sequel to Rondo of Blood, but that doesn't matter cause the prologue of SotN is the finale of RoD.
Played it, It's more direct in its storytelling though.
true but there's a decent amount of lore to uncover. nowhere near souls though
Salt & Sanctuary and Momodora 4 both follows the Soulsborne formula pretty well. Recommend Momodora 4 mostly.
Winnie the pooh homerun derby
Momodora: RutM
Play Furi, short but godlike, furier mode is hard af
SERIOUSLY DO
I don't really like games that are too hard
Fallout 3, ignoring the exposition and cutscenes the game does have, there are a lot of environmental storytelling parts.
