Right now I am trying to get documentation from panic about this shit. They are giving nothing out and they are keeping shit a secret for no good reason. Right now they are giving me nothing. It is fucking shit.
They have no real marketing for it saying it is not cheap while looking cheap.

It looks really cool desu but more something that would have been cool in the late 90's early 00's instead when pixel games were a lot more popular and not yet bastardized by phones. The one game I saw for it on their twitter doesn't look like anything special at all.

Does it? It's not really trying to be a game console or anything really. It is to game consoles what Newton Balls are to toys. It's a display piece, interactive pop-art. It's very clearly for hipsters, but it doesn't pretend it's not.
Frankly, I think the idea is interesting. Get some good developers (well, 2 developers and 2 nobodies) and give them some fucked up control scheme to figure out something fun with. It'll probably crash and burn, but I appreciate them trying something new.

Yeah, no shit it's hipster-y, but is that necessarily a bad thing? Most art is hipster-y. I'm not saying this thing is art, but it's a neat idea that I think is worth exploring regardless of whether or not it's for "hipsters".
