What characters have movesets that given the chance you would alter? However many moves you change doesn’t matter.

His design would be based on that of Minish Cap, giving him Ezlo as a cap, The mirror Shield and the completed Four Sword rather than the Master Sword.

Jab: Link will horizontally slash the opponent and Ezlo will rapidly peck the opponent. Link ends the attack with what is currently his FSmash attack in Ultimate.

Ftilt: Link hits the opponent with his shield. If his shield is hit with any projectiles it will then be able to fire a beam if this attack is used.

FSmash: Link vertically slashes forward and Ezlo winds up. If you tap A again he will strike the opponent.

Back Air: Ezlo yanks Link backward slightly snapping at the opponent

Dash Attack: The Pegasus boots appear for a moment as Link lunges forward, stabbing with his sword.

Grab: Link ropes the opponent with his grappling hook. Ezlo pecks the opponent as a pummel

Up B (Roc's Cap): Link jumps high in the air, flying at an arc. The size of the arc can be determined by tilting the control stick just before jumping.

Neutral B (Four Sword Spin Attack): Link charges up a spin attack with the Four sword. When fully charged the sword will glow and when let go, 3 transparent copies of Link will shoot forward in whatever direction Link is facing doing the spin attack.

Side B (Cane of Pacci): Link pulls out the Cane of Pacci, and fires a bolt of light from it. If the bolt hits and opponent, they will be start spin in midair for a short moment.

Down B (Gust Jar): Hold the button to suck up any item or projectile and store it. Release to shoot out a powerful gust of air that gets more powerful the more that was sucked up.

Final Smash (Four Sword Great Spin Attack): Link lunges forward, launching anyone caught into the Four Sword Sanctuary. He then summons 3 copies of himself and all of them attack the opponents rapidly. They all then get back to back and preform a great spin attack in unison and launch the opponents.

Utilt: Uses her Grapple Beam to whip upwards.

DSmash: Summons Phazon tentacles around her. (like her assist move in ssb4)

Grab: Like Melee Samus's Grapple Beam but easier to control.

All throws are like Mewtwo's and Ness's throws.

Side B: Produces a clone of herself, once the clone attacks a fighter, another clone spawns next to the previously produced clone, finishing her combo, the direction of the clones can be changed.

Down B (laser sphere): She will shoot a laser sphere that homes at a certain fighter, pressing twice or thrice will shoot 2-3 laser spheres. (like her assist move in ssb4)

Young Link should have mask transformations. Similar to Pokemon Trainer changing Pokemon.

Chrom: Remains just as Robin FM.
The others are fine.
Declone: Daisy, Dark Samus, Lucina and Dark Pit.

Little Mac feels absolutely nothing like the playing punchout. Instead of having to read your opponents patterns an act appropriately, you can just haphazardly use smash attacks whenever you want because of super armor. The "momentum" mechanic is just a badly made comeback mechanic because its basically inevitable you get the full meter because it doesn't go down as you get damaged like in super punchout. Either fix that or add a system for gaining stars for a powered punch. Honestly the whole character should be remade because they're neither fun to play or play against, because anyone who knows what they're doing will just camp a little mac out.

Is it possible to make a physical moveset for him since he mostly throws bombs?.

Yea i agree with that, little mac feels very out of character from both his design and his gameplay style. Punch out didnt make you feel like a power house it was all about counter attacking. He doesnt even smile like a big doofus when he wins like in his games.

change Sonic so that he doesn't have 2 spin dashes (WHAT were they THINKING?)
buff Captain Falcon's Forward Smash, either make the hitbox bigger or make it come out faster
can't really think of much else, Ultimate is damn near perfect

Samus needs an overhaul. Make the speed booster a part of her moveset. Have a meter below her icon that fills up the more she runs. When full she will be as fast as sonic, deal damage when she hits you while moving and it replaces her side and up b with the shine spark acting as a better recovery. Morphball will be be her crawl, pressing down twice engages it. While in morphball you can use the boostball with up and side b, down b is bombs and you can charge it for the powerbomb. She should be able to change her beams. Power, ice and plasma. Uce freezes at certain percents and plasma doesnt deal much knockback but passes though your foes and deals damage. Missiles are ok as is.

Down B needs to be Bounce Attack. B Boost. Up B Homing Attack. Side B Spin Dash.

Plus this, I like this Fuck you, Snake is (near) perfect. Just give him his mines back.

Samus needs major changes. More Zoning attacks/Beams on Neutrals.

Finally.

Even if you’re not gonna revamp his whole moveset, at least give him more nods to MM. Razor Sword and Fierce Deity FS would be a start. Also, the Ocarina as one of his specials with some gimmicky time control stuff, for a more minor change not requiring the masks.

Gonna add one more minor one for Zelda.

Make her Din’s Fire more like PM (ideally the triple Fireball set-up one). Reduce lag and increase range on Farore. As well as make Ledge Cancelling more lenient without the SD punish. Make her DTilt like Smash 4 for better combos. Better hitboxes on Nair.

There, now she’s High Tier.

That would be too much work for lazyrai,I suggest just incorporating these moves into one moveset where young link swaps forms quickly by changing masks. It'll keep Pokemon trainer unique and will be less work than making 3 characters. A good compromise.

It wouldn't be much more work than Pokemon Trainer. So it's realistically possible.
I think it would be harder to have him change masks for specific moves and while still making them look right and not have incredibly long animations.

Pokemon Trainer would still be unique enough. YL's mask change would be more akin ti Monado arts where you can choose which mask you want on the fly, instead of going in order.

To differentiate YL and Pokemon Trainer more, you can have YL's mask be like cloud's limit break state, or Joker's persona. You have to charge it up while you're YL, and then spend that charge on changing masks. Then when you revert you have to wait to change masks again. That way you're not switching on the fly like Pokemon Trainer.

Just please fully declone Ganon already. Doesn't even have to be swords and energy attacks, just at least make him not-Falcon

Switch the Kokiri Sword for the Razor Sword. Switch the Wooden Shield for the Hero’s Shield. Put a Mask on the side of his face like in Hyrule Warriors. Make one of his Taunts the Ocarina. Have a Fairy follow him around everywhere he goes. Make his Final Smash a Giant Slash after Transforming into FD Link (Again HW).

There, he stays top tier, and now Reps MM better. Problem solved. Hell, I’m sure you could mod most of those into the game, given how easy it all is.

Neutral attack/ftilt are now Power Beam shots; they're the same color as they are in official Metroid games, and they can be fired at almost the same speed as Fox's laser without penalty. They don't make your opponent flinch, and Samus is so tall that the shots may end up going over characters to prevent the move from being overpowered. You can dash/run/jump forward while shooting, at the cost of losing your actual dash attack.
Fsmash is charge shot, upsmash is an uppercut reminiscent of the Counter from Samus Returns.
Nair is now the sex kick Samus had pre-smash4
Side Special is now speed booster, after a few frames of holding side b Samus will speed boost and become invincible; anyone caught in the way will take continuous damage until Samus stops, which she can do by either letting go of side b(which is laggy, leaving her open for a punish), or by jumping, which is safer. If you press down quick enough, Samus will store the speed boost and you can Shinespark in any direction by the same input done in Metroid games, jumping in place(or just tapping A by itself in the air) and then choosing a direction immediately after.
Neutral special switches Samus from Power Beam to Missiles; every beam move changes to missiles. They're more powerful and cause opponents to flinch, but they're slower and have cooldown. Fsmash is now super missile; much smaller hitbox than the charge shot but deals a lot more damage.
Fair is an Ice Beam shot, disjointed with a moderate amount of hitstun and little endlag
For Bair Samus now swings her arm cannon back with Wave Beam sparks lighting it up
Uair has Samus aim above herself and fire a straight pillar of Plasma Beam, functionally it works similarly to Mii Gunner's only it has more aerial drift and pulls opponents in
Dair, Samus fires a Spazer shot below her, covers a wide area and sends opponents slightly upward instead of spiking
Samus is now a fast faller with similar weight to what she currently has.

He does already have a good bit of Wario Land stuff be I feel he could use so more Wario World stuff.
Replace the Waft with a command grab with 2 variations. Inputting left or right will activate the Wild-Swing Ding that lets Wario spin the grabbed opponent around for a couple of seconds and throw them which will damage them and put them in a state that turns them into a "projectile" that can hurt other opponents but can't be reflected.
Inputting up or down will have Wario jump up and use a Piledriver on the opponent, burying them in the ground.

Yeah maybe, I only made the combo neutral b because it's like that in the game. I think the boomerang is better as a separate move though.

Make use of his actual weapon. Dark Pit Staff will replace most of the attacks involving the dual sword/bow shenanigans. As a Neutral B, the Staff will be like the Staff item but instead deal a fixed amount of damage but having piercing qualities. Recovery is the same and the other 2 specials and be replaced with a different weapon like a Palm, Cannon, etc.

Stun projectiles at that speed were a dumb idea. Gordos are good, they should not be reflectable.

I AM HERE TO WHINE ABOUT DARK PIT
Kid Icarus Uprising is my favorite 3DS game. Love it. I especially love the weapon variety, both gameplay-wise and visually they're all very different.
There's nine different weapon types in the game. In Smash, Pit uses three of them: Bow, Arm, Orbitars.
Out of the six left over, Dark Pit uses: THE SAME THREE. Plus a normal boring Staff shot for his Final Smash.
In chapter 6 of KI:U, Dark Pit uses five different weapons: The aforementioned Staff, as well as a Palm, a Cannon, a Club, and a Bow. I think it's a fucking shame that in a game with so much source material, one made by Sakurai himself, Dark Pit is still an echo in his second appearance.
So here's my plan:

Replace Dark Pit's bow with his staff for all his normals and his neutral special. Between swinging clubbing and stabbing, there's plenty to do.
Replace his side special with the EZ Cannon firing arched shots with AOE explosions.
Replace his down special with the Ogre Club, which functions somewhat like a slightly weaker Falcon/Warlock Punch that also fires a projectile that phases through level geometry.
Alter his up special to be more like Pit's Brawl up special, to reflect his ability to fly on his own, rather than Pit needing Palutena's help.
I know this isn't the case after the events of KI:U, but it is for the vast majority of the game.
Replace his final smash with the Staff special shot, causing a quick hail of shots raining from above.

Dark samus to be given a few different moves

DK should fight like how he does in Jungle Beat. Forward Smash is a kick that you can angle. Angling it low turns into into a low sweep. Fair could be taken from Ghastly King. Jab combo should lead into a rapid jab like in JB. Down throw is him jumping on the opponent and beating them into the ground with rapid punches. DK is probably the only character I would want to have just punches and kicks in his moveset.

Every Gunmen now have 1HP and can’t get KO’d until they turn around to shoot. Otherwise they will instantly counter.

I would like Dark Samus' moveset to be more like it fights in the games.
But at the same time I know it wouldn't have gotten in if it wasn't as an Echo fighter, and I'm really just grateful that it animates differently.

In general there’s so many missed opportunities for character moveset reference pulls. In 3 games Toon Link has stayed by-and-large very similar to how he was originally. Sakurai doesn’t want to change characters because of fans of those old characters, but he’d likely make people much happier overall if the characters got more stuff that’s distinct to their series. Only just now did Ganon get some sort of change, and it’s only to his smashes.

The same goes for costumes. Why doesn’t Toon Link have an alt with pink hair?
