Twitter is actually way worse about it than Reddit because Reddit is fragmented into a bunch of different communities so it's hard for anything to spread but Twitter is just a big centralized hub so anything can massively take over human consciousness.

I think this guy just rips the models from other games and puts them over Smash characters which is why it's so simplistic. If you look at his other stuff it's stuff like Xenoblade 2 and BnHA both of which have games to rip models from so he probably just used the Shaggy model from Xenoblade 2.
