I don’t get why everyone jacks off the story so much. Arthur is a shit character, an overly forced “good guy” who does bad things and bitches about them in an obnoxiously and unrealistic whiny way. Everyone had a problem with Niko for doing this but Arthur is about 10 times worse.

I feel that’s more the fans who put Arthur as a paragon of goodness despite being a criminal.
I wish the game had done more with the low honor route.

RDR2 was amazing in every department except for the clunky as fuck gameplay. Holy FUCK was it bad. Everything felt like molasses.

man, I remember playing Adventure for the first time. literally 6 screens, 2 involving just touching a dragon while holding a spear and then moving a bridge. imagine my disappointment when I found out that wasn't just the 1st level but the ENTIRE FUCKING GAME. god damn everything prior to gen 3 that wasn't space invaders or breakout was such dogshit

I'm not done with the game yet, but ~8 hours in and I love his character (doing situational/leaning toward honorable morality).
I also like the way he calls his horse boy.
