For me it was the near endless crashes that they didn't fix for several weeks on end. After a while it doesn't matter how fun the game is, it's just not worth it to launch up a game and then crash out.

Only because you CANT treat it like a weird hell shit thing because it shoves the awful gameplay down your throat.
If the enemies were just loud and creepy but not lethal, with puzzles that are simple and exploration based, the game would have been great trip fuel. But instead its just fucking annoying.
