I could see hating some customers (Autists, Crackheads expecting a lot of money trading stuff in, etc) but when I walk in your store and ask if you have something the proper response isn't "I don't know, what we have is what we have" while staring at your laptop. I'll stick to eBay/the random garage sale/flea market finds thanks.

My local gamestop doesn't smell bad at all whenever I go in there. However, I've been to 3 others, all in different states, and holy fuck did they smell awful. I walked into one in Seattle and it literally, LITERALLY smelled like 4 week old armpit BO with a hint of swamp ass. You could bottle that air and sell it to the biggest degenerates on /d/ for exorbitant prices.
