The live-action is fine, like Negishi is way more annoying in it since they play off how much of a pussy he is to the extreme; also they cut a lot of the funny gags available in the anime so there's really no point in watching the live-action except for the fact that they play a lot of the songs that don't appear in the anime. I believe it has like 5 mins or so that don't appear in the anime as well.
