Games today are dead. This thread is pretty much why. You're trying to Frankenstein a successful game and you never took care to notice that the creature doesn't have a soul.
Games were fun because it was guys making cool game worlds and they had fun doing it. Now it's a gay industry of carbon copies of whatever is successful at the time.

i really hate in-depth character creation and stat allocation,i mean who actually has time to sort that shit into functioning character i should just be able to hit a button called "Make Character" and be done with it,who needs flawed characters or restrictive playstyles i should be able to do anything viably without effort
I second this and then some, Just remove character creation as a whole. I'd rather play as the dude on the box then some autistic retard I made in 5 minutes because the default look is disgusting.

Character creation is as much the game as playing it. A game with no theory is as bad as a game of just theory. Now, there are good games where you just are the character, you don't have to make it and you play it. But those are those games for a reason, there doesn't need to be more (Or at the very least they don't need to destroy what other games have). Everything you planned out and have worked out, coming together, and working it out just imaging it coming together, and then all those hours of fun. Want a new character? The giddiness of just PLANING to plan makes me ecstatic. So no sir, don't listen to this man. Because who is going to give you more money? An autist like me who gets jou out of theorycrafting and will buy all your shitty DLCs just so I can do more with billy the alchemist barbarian, or this guy who will dick around a little with their bubble wrap secured Mary Sue who can't do no wrong? He won't have fun for long, and no one else will. That's so low not even your self interest could possibly benefit from that, because even ""woke"" games can sell but this never has. Only a hatred for others, or a cynical view of consumers as dumb children would ever lead a dev to listen to this person. Not an insult to this person, but I just truly hope games do not lose this more than they already are loosing it. This is more than freedom, it is power. Freedom lends us the ability to do this, but it only means as much as the game dev allows us to do. Makes a good character creation, and your money and time is mine.

personally any game with an inventory limit sucks,it's even worse when it has inventory sorting,like who was time to think and plan what to bring and when to bring it,i'd be absolute hell on earth if you combined both limited inventory and sorting inventory,where if you sort shit badly it will weigh more,now that would really suck

Your game NEEDS what's cs:go and tf2 have in knives/guns/hats. They've been getting away with loot boxes while everyone is getting shit on for. Maybe sell some stylish pants or something. People will pay more for their character's jeans that they will for real jeans.
