Grills play games, but it's pretty uncommon. Also if they do play, they usually don't broadcast it so they don't get memed on for being attention seeking- or they are attention seeking, and broadcast their vidya game love despite barely playing anything. MMOs and MOBAS are fun for both attention seeking-grills and normal grills so maybe it's hard to gauge how much they're really into it.
