If they changed the name in the credits I don't think it'd be a big deal, but if dialogue like what's shown there really is changed then that'd be shitty. I really liked how Erica was treated in Catherine by Vincent and the others because it just felt like the natural way for someone to react to having to interact with an old friend who changed so much in that way, but it didn't feel like it ever had any bias towards or for Erica because Erica was still happy with their life regardless of what Vincent or the others thought. To take that out of the game is bad just on the basis that they're changing content from the Japanese release rather than just translating it, but also taking away from a more complex relationship between Erica and the rest of the cast, which would be pretty disappointing,
