You can get a fur poncho from the trapper in single player but that's the only one I know of

I hope the Jobs mechanic opens this up more and gives exclusive access to items and abilities based on chosen jobs

It's not even that there aren't enough guns (though there really aren't), it's that they're all locked until you pass certain points in the story. I love the litchfield and the mauser but you aren't allowed to get either of them until practically the end of the game

Amazing. When I first played the game I thought it was a strong 8/10, maybe even a 9 but the abortion that is RDRO and its constant reminders of content that singleplayer could be getting have made the game a 6/10 retroactively.

You can get a mauser at the end of chapter 4 but the litchfield is locked until the chapter 6 mission with Sadie where you clear the last of the o'driscolls out of that ranch. It's just obnoxious, I'm tired of only ever using the schofield and the lancaster the whole game because all the other guns you're allowed to have are significantly worse until chapter 6

I used the cattleman's revolver with silver skin and a long barrel
and the volcanic pistol, its pretty good
the pump and double barrel shotguns are also pretty brutal

They changed it a bit but it's more of a sidegrade than an upgrade

Try the double action revolvers, you don't need accuracy when you can dump 12 rounds into someones torso in less than a second, or alternatively use the sawed-off shotguns with slug rounds.

Can't tell if supposed to be ironic or not but you absolutely can. You can upscale the textures to 4k too. You can also play in 60fps if you really want to, it just breaks the engine and makes the game run at 2x speed bc Miyazaki can't into programming and tied the framerate to everything.

It's been good since the recent patch, it's legitmently better then the SP besides the main story, the stranger missions and random encounters have so much more thought put into them, 100x better.

Absurdly easy. Whenever a new weapon was added to GTAO it was pretty much instantly usable in single player using one of the many trainers available for the PC version. Some guy in a suit over at 2K probably decided that including the new weapons in single player encouraged players to ignore the online mode and therefore reduced profits, so they stopped bothering.

Yes, the update weakening instant head shots in PVP did very little and Deadeye spam still overrules it as always.

There is a little bit added, more suppose to come. The random stranger or traveler caravans haven't been bad so far. Needs more.

It does feel worse lately. Even my usual sessions feel lower in $$ payout, but gold is slightly up. Grinding missions with the suck of the player base kills me after awhile.

Also of the 5 new missions, only the fetch the Stagecoach/clothes from Finch has any difficulty to it. I see that one fail often with lower rank shits. Bank is too easy and too short.

I really want to design missions like GTAO can. I bet I can work out some fun shit in this game.

I just want to buy a nice cabin out in the Heartlands between Valentine and Emerald Ranch. It's super cozy out there and the temperature is mild enough that I can wear whatever I want without overheating or freezing.

I don't care about the shitty story or shitty characters or shitty battle royale game modes. I just want to hunt a deer, skin it, and then bring it back to my house to cook it and maybe use its parts to make furniture like in the single player. If I could just do this and maybe the occasional store/bank/train robbery I'd probably pick this game up regularly just to relax, but apparently Rockstar thinks we want more hunting nerfs and more PVP game modes so whatever I guess.
