>game has evil/good morality system or path
>evil path is the most fun, most profitable, most powerful, and most content-packed
>good path is braindead boring
Every fucking time
Game has evil/good morality system or path
What game does that?
Well Yea Forums?
>good path is canon, more difficult and results in everyone being happy
>is also extremely fucking boring
>bad path has tons more content, is extremely fun but also easy and the story results in everyone hating you
thanks dishonored
Just like real life
Lole
I have never played a game with morality systems where the good path wasn't better and doing bad stuff made the game more difficult for you.
Neverwinter Nights 2 MotB
Sounds like real life
Neutral in SMTIV is a bitch to get. I can’t believe I managed to change my alignment in time.
What fucking game actually has being bad be more rewarding? It's almost always:
>Keep farmer's dead wife's wedding ring to sell it for 72 gold
>Or give it back to him, he gives you the family's ancient bloodline magic heirloom sword that's a massive upgrade for the next five hours and then sells for 800 gold when you're done with it and he also pays you 60 gold upfront and you get more XP from the quest and it continues a future questline where the farmer's brother turns out to be a legendary hero who joins your party
Try playing an H game where you can stay a virgin. It's almost always harder and the devs never bother fleshing out that path with actual content when you do.
>the harder path has shittier rewards
3rd route.
Kidnap it and raise it as my own probably for sex
Megaman Battle Network 5
they should make it so the good path pays off in subtle long term ways while the bad path gives immediate rewards, but has drawbacks later
Trying to stay a virgin in degrees of lewdity is both fun and depressing as fuck. A good challenge but after a while it's soul crushing to constantly get raped when you're just trying to pay rent
Well yeah, it's an H game. Trying to maintain virgin status in a game about sex is like trying to play the story missions in GTA without committing crimes.
>white baby
should be the other way around
I want to challenge myself with Undertales genocide route. I crave the challenge and know I can beat Sans, but I can't bear the thought of resetting everything. I don't think I have it in me to kill Papyrus or Toriel (again).
>"you have an option to kill your childhood friend for profit, whom we have developed little to no plot time for, and the only scenes you share consist of her yelling at you to wake up and being competitive toward you, also she is black"
what did Peter Molyneux mean by this?
>game has evil, good, neutral, chaotic, and independent paths
>neutral is the best one solely because its the only good one
well, i mean, shitty rewards does make it more difficult
Welcome to real life
>what did Peter Molyneux mean by this?
All niggers must hang.
In Cave Story, you lock yourself out of the best ending by being a good person.
But Good is Good.
The Evil shall be vanquished.
For justice.
I feel like this has never been done right, Evil should always be the easy mode and Good should be the hard mode but usually both are about the same and neutral is the actually harder route some reason
Neutral should be easy mode and the farther you get from neutral the harder it should get.
>and neutral is the actually harder route some reason
Who would've guessed that "fuck having ideas, principles or allying myself to anyone, I'm above it all" would be the hardest route?
