What's so bad about removing an emnity combo you only ever use once per fight? Stances were pretty much non-present so I don't care much for it so long as this isn't a true nerf to our overall damage.

Only major change I see coming from this is not having to manage emnity which is an aspect that kind of separated good tanks from bad, but that was only mostly evident in random dungeons where nothing matters anyways.

Tank stances are dead, aggro combos are gone, there is just a button that increases your aggro dramatically that's a toggle. You turn it on if your MT and leave it off if you aren't. And now you get traits that's just 20% less damage taken and shit.

The main issue with Dark Arts is that for about half the abilities it does nothing but more Potency. It gives Dark Passenger a Blind Effect, gives Plunge bonus threat, Abyssal Drain a heal effect and removes Carve and Spit's MP recovery for a more more drastic Potency gain (Which is still more along the lines of what it does for most other abilities).

If Dark Arts gave more interesting effects to each of the abilities it modifies I could understand it sticking around but a lot of times it is just a button you slap throughout your rotation. I will miss the animation, though.
