Well. The kickstarter exclusive stuff are easily pirated on PC anyway, while it'd be much more difficult to get them on consoles. The PC version will also most likely end up becoming much more affordable through future deals.
So if I for whatever the reason was to acquire both, getting the Switch version from the kickstarter and PC version later on its own, still sounds preferable compared to the other way around. But fuck, I hate this. I can deal with the lower performance, but the delayed release just really suck.

They acquired other investors after release and continued to take donations way after the initial kickstarter ended. So the budget was always way higher than 5M.

New areas in every single (slightly remixed) level, new hub, new enemies, two new boss fights, 13 new tracks, new items, new challenge stages and 500 fucking bomb setups. That's way more than the Igavania style playable boss character mode we were promised.
