It is possible and everyone would survive, commercial jets go through ruthless testing before they get put into service and are capable of some pretty crazy manoeuvres you wouldn't think possible for their size. Practical test pilots pull shit like this all the time.
They don't do them outside of testing because there's no point and they put unnecessary stress on the aircraft which can cost millions in repair down the line.
