Make sure you are giving them enough rum. Get your electricity set up so you can delete half of your "final" production sites to save on money and workforce.

I dont remember and i'm waiting for playable version of the game. Anno 1800 is the hugest bugged game i've seen past 1.5 years. They can't fix many quest bugs in company so player just can't progress through.

Yeah, I'm not receiving rewards for sidequests most of the time. One time I had the luck of getting an epic item that would fix all my production problems in my steel chain, the item just fucking vanished lol

I checked every warehouse then I checked every ship and then I closed the game, it wasn't there. The only way I can get items right now is by citizen quests, those are the only ones that work for me.

Now I just feel bad. Tier 1 CPUs don't buy island shares do they? So she'll just stay in that corner and occasionally get attacked by O'Mara.
Jorgenson even asked me for permission to settle another island but there are none left, so a few of her ships are just wandering around the New World aimlessly.
