Depends on his level, how easily you can replace him, and what he had on him. Can you replace him and his equipment easily? Easily enough that it's not worth spending another 10 minutes retying the day?

Translation is OK, if you don't mind seeing people "drinking bears". Game is pretty grindy but in a good way, always fun to see an employee running away from an Aleph just to get to an abnormality. Endgame however, isnt shallow. With how the ordeals ranking up and reaching midnight faster it can get pretty intense

Control and Information teams (IE:Day1-12) are all basically tutorial mode to teach you the basic gameplay loop, you will basically only get "easy" Abnormalities, and since you have so few, no interplay to consider, arguably Security and Training are too, considering their missions (Training Missions is basically "LEVEL WITH ABNORMALITY INTERACTIONS AND NOT JUST BY SPENDING LOB POINTS DINGUS!").

You can get some fucky ones if you make bad choices, but the Zayin and Teth pools are overwhelmingly full with Harmless and Easy-To-Deal-With ones, so early game can be underwhelming "going through the motions", fuck some you basically have to actively try to mess up, like Fairy Festival, that shit wears off so fast im not even sure it is possible to reach another Containment by the time it wears off unless you boosted the shit out of the movement speed of the Agent.

That said, if you don't like the basic loop the game probably ain't for you.

He probably means at the end of the day sometimes you see your employee stats go from level 3 to 2, in which case no its just the gifts your employees have are not accounted for at the end of the day

If I don't train them in stuff does that mean they lose the stats they've gained? One of my guys went from justice 3 to 2 at the end of day report screen, and I only had him on backup that day.

I've just found out that you can select a worker, and then by right-clicking an anomaly to work, instead of getting a list of all your guys to choose from, you just get the worker. It's pretty handy.
