Characters need a wider range of unique options on hands at all type. Gloves were a poor attempt to make fights more diverse and for the most part your unique abilities don't have a big enough effect on play.
I want to see characters given a range of actual special moves. The game doesn't need to be about combos but you need more going on to make a game focused on neutral pokes more interesting. I also want to see your punches be a bit more different, instead of just some control on how it moves. Like allow a short but fast jab, or a really hard hitting bug punch that has a bit more start up.
