Robo is the best party member. You can MAYBE make an argument for Crono or Ayla instead, but those three are without question the top three slots.

I would argue that the Venus Bow (I think) makes her worth playing with in the DS version. It doest 777 damage every time, completely ignores defense. Very good for boss fights with damage conditions, like the Tyrannosaur and Lavos core.
