So I finally finished Death End Re;Quest. It was neat at first, but it felt kinda lacking. Is there another ending? Iris didn't seem all that fleshed out and the whole thing felt kind of abrupt. Also, the obvious lack of a budget hurt it pretty severely. The cop seemed like he was gonna be more important than he turned out to be. Clea was poorly utilized. The Lumens were also poorly executed and it really felt like there should have been a lot more to them. Two of them felt entirely superfluous and the third was just going around killing everyone for no reason. The pacing was pretty bad too.
Overally, it started off cool but the shit budget clearly just fucked it more and more until it just sort of sizzled out at the end. The deus ex machina at the end was poorly executed too.

First game is terrible. Second game is better but not good. Third game is better but still not good.
The ReBirth games are mediocre but enjoyable if you enjoy the characters.
VII is actually good I would say it is a solid 7/10. But I wouldn't recommend just jumping into the series with it. Honestly the ReBirth games aren't bad, if you enjoy the characters and the dumb humor they are worth it.
