It's a much stricter game than ASRT is. The karts are heavier and don't turn as easily, they've got a bit more momentum to the turning so you can't just wobble left and right as well. Not to mention the boosting is more punchy and short so you can't cheese sections as much. It's definitely a change, but the focus on more grounded driving skill feels really good once you get used to it IMO.

I think so yeah, lightning bolt parts seem to increase defense, middle section looks like a speedometer, and the third icon looks like a steering wheel and they seem to affect handling

The closest you're going to get is Silver, no one can max it out fully. The icons mean boost, speed, and handling for the most part. They don't actually directly relate to stats, more just what that part probably leans towards, although each character sways what each part does by some amount.
Don't mind the clown car, Silver is just shit so he deserves it.

I don't entirely agree, each character will usually have a couple directions you can push them in and mixing and matching parts gets you there. Each character will have like a specialty stat that they typically have more of than other characters and you can usually get close to if not actually maxing it out, you can choose to go in on usually either speed or boost, or you can buff up on defense/handling. There's gonna be different focuses depending on the character and their class, but there's a decent amount of stuff you can mess around with.

You can unlock up to 270 car parts to personalize each character and experiment with the stages as well as decorate and paint them with a variety of different color combos, the rewarding mechanics and overall fun gameplay help a lot. Just needs more characters and new stages, really

He poses the question of DLC, then doesn't actually answer it, instead talking about selling things that were cut out of the base game exclusivly. He never says one way or the other what they plan to do for DLC in general, just a denial of one particularly hated form of it.y bet, Sega told them outright they're expected to make DLC if the game is successful and they're expected to drop support as quick as possible if not. That way Sega only spends money on DLC if it's worth the effort, plus Sumo can honestly say they didn't cut anything out of the base game to sell to you.

How the fuck does scoring works for Daredevil? The Ammount of points you get seem so arbittary. Whats the difference between thr red side of the post and the yellow side? What do they mean "skim past multiple reds for a multipler"? Are you supposed to run past all the posts across one continuous drift, or are you supposed to drift one side but course normally through the other?

The red side gives you a multiplier, so those are preferred over the yellow sides.
It doesn't have to be one continuous drift.
The score is determined by how close you can pass by the post without touching. Doing it while drifting gives extra points.

Going past multiple red sides gives you up to a 1.5 point multiplier.
You'd want to go through the red sides as much as you can in order to keep the multiplier meter from dying down and resetting all the way back to 1.
You can go through the yellow sides too every so often as long as you make sure to hit a red side right after to keep the meter from falling all the way down.

No, but nice assumption. Forces had some alright songs, but overall the OST was an acquired taste depending on whether or not you liked the annoying ass synth or the use of trap music and dubstep.
TSR has much better variety with the soundtrack and much of it is very Adventure/Classic esque sounding with a mixture of guitar, brass, and sometimes synth accompanying songs. The only stage music I don't like/care for much are Sky Road (which sounds straight out of Forces), Roulette Road's new Casino Park remix, and maybe Pinball Highway. Other than those, this is easily one of the best Sonic OSTs since Unleashed and Colors.

They wouldn't since the teams are locked in story mode. The most they would likely do, is have some third character as a placeholder for Team Chaotix, then have Vector, Charmy, and Espio have unique lines if they're teamed up, and hopefully patch in a way to select your teammates

Just picked this up the other day and play with two others as a team, and honestly very impressed with the team mechanics.
The only thing that sucks is that there sadly doesn't seem to be many players and it can be hard to find a full room (the retarded decision to just fill a game with computers no matter what doesn't help, just let us wait for players) and as others have said it could also definitely use more content.
Overall though, very satisfied with the game.

Handling in Transformed is almost the exact same as TSR but the stages change between laps. Basically TSR has about the same amount of general content, as Transformed had 20 tracks and 1 DLC stage, and it also had a ton of missions and mods to unlock. Transformed has this game beat roster wise since there's over 20 characters, and has a battle mode, but most of the cast is locked behind World Tour

Put about 200 hours into transformed and 10 hours so far into Team Racing
I prefer it to Transformed. Transformed was all about chaining the turbo, the turbo is not as important now. You have other ways to increase speed.
The items are better as well. The game feels less clunky, but a little bit more hectic.
That being said, some people didn't like the game that much. If you want an exact copy of Transformed, this game is not for you. It plays a bit different, but better imo.

To me Transformed was about flow and keeping it going, TSR is more focused on building up speed and finding/exploring the best routes. Very much employs some ideals of Sonic in it

The main problem with the Power Characters is that acceleration is actually a fair bit important in this game since items hitting you brings you to a complete stop. and trust me, you will get hit ALOT online. Also their Spike wisp would've been so much better if you could fire them.
