Insiders are not comparing it as gameplay, but the development process is apparently even more hectic than Anthem's, and Anthem turned out to be absolute garbage.

Cyberpunk 2077 is probably going to be at least a decent game, but people are setting themselves up for disappointment if they're expecting the masterpiece to rival and top all masterpieces.
The insight we've gotten into the development process and just knowing CDPR and the development on W3 is enough for anyone to know that a game as ambitious as this is not going to turn out amazing in every aspect.
