Man, I like Ace Combat a lot but I'm glad I pirated it instead. The missions were also rather underwhelming. And they ported 5 for the PS4 but still no HD collection ports for PC or consoles. They could have at least bundled a Zero port.

Wasn't this the game where the devs accidentally released an unencrypted version on release day? Alongside the whole DLC thing this might be the worst case of "PIRATES WIN AGAIN BABY" I've seen in a while.

I bought it and unfortunately MP doesn't hold up. Flying in circles is pretty boring. The campaign only took 10 hours on normal, honestly kinda salty about buying it even for $40.

Same, I got it for $50 on GMG, it's disappointing.
Normally this isn't an issue since AC games are fun to replay, but 7 was just a pain in the ass, 4 is still my favorite.

Holy shit, is this true? I heard about this happening on Nintendo games where they couldn't actually program DLC correctly so all the DLC was on disc and the downloads were actually just unlockers. But to have this happen on a million dollar Triple AAA game in 2019 is just absurd.
