The same way you kill any shield user

1) For a fast kill, do an overhead attack and jump so it hits over the top of their shield. If they start blocking up, feint an overhead (complete with jump) to a left horizontal accel that hits around their shield (on their weapon-hand side - it is less protected - and walk towards the weapon hand side as you swing)

2) If they know how to block the above attacks, simply read their attacks, attack into their shield after every parry, take kick opportunities. You win the stamina war ever time. Blocking with shields is very stamina exertive.

And by the way, if you want a build to destroy shield users, use one of these weapons:

1) Spear/Halberd
It allows you to poke into their shield over and over from far range without them being able to respond (since you move faster than them while they're blocking.) This destroys their stamina. The only thing they can do is chamber your thrusts, which eats their stamina and is easy to defend for you.

2) Sledgehammer/Maul
Sledge has the highest stamina damage on hit (35) and maul has the next highest (24) which makes them excellent choices against shields.

The way to destroying shield users is called not being retarded and learning to use kick morphs

I have issue with competent shield users that know how to keep some spacing to keep out of kick range, but I think your only choice is to keep wailing on their shield to out stamina them which is difficult to do if you are doing anything other than dueling.
