I still remember Beast Ganon's theme quite clearly, along with the final sword fight theme from Twilight Princess. Don't entirely remember Demise's theme but I only beat that game once.

I know >Undertale, but I enjoyed Agore being set up as your final battle the whole game. Half the people try to talk as if he will fuck your shit up, and the other half talk like he would rather just have tea.
And then both are true. I liked Flowey too but the fact that you actually weren't allowed to lose the final fight took off a lot of the tension.
