It doesn't really matter, but there's some details to them that make it potentially a bit more fun once you know how things work. I'm pretty sure the Malkavian maze is entirely custom. The sewer/temple skips, being able to send Grout to Vandal, the dialogue solution for the diner hit quest in Santa Monica. Wesp saw the Ventrue video over on Planet Vampire and here's bullet points of it:

Florian said that they chose the classic Bloodlines 1 clans so there is a better chance to make Bloodlines 3 latter with the more rare clans and bloodlines.
- Florian then talked a lot about the Ventrue clan itself which isn't really important for the game. The curse will again be some kind of feeding disadvantage.
- The first discipline is Domination, which is different from Presence as it will only affect one victim but with specific commands.
- The second discipline is Fortitude, with no more details mentioned, but it seems so be similar to how it was in Bloodlines 1.
- There will be Bloodheal, and it's always available like I added it with the Unofficial Patch and it will cost Blood to use it.
- There will be no Bloodbuff, but basically the V5 analogue Bloodrouse will always be active, like when you scale walls or rush around.
- Melee weapons will only break if you put all your vampiric strength into attacks.
- Firearms do not break, but the player will throw them away if they run out of ammo.
- It was said again that the game will come out on all major stores with no exclusive deals.
- The characters shown on the clan pages are not player characters but NPCs who we will meet.
- There will be multiple text only translations.
- Face customisation will be not by slider but by options.

These are switches which have power in them. These are doors at an asylum, or at least cells in a prison. You can infer this from the cells in the trailer having a mirror, as well as, you know, the big fucking window. Meaning this is not the underground.

Now onto the broken mirror- what is the clan symbol of the Malks? A broken mirror. A window precludes Nos, because why on earth would you have a Nos nest on ground level, and Lasombra tend to not have mirrors or reflective things around them. Hence Malks. There is also the imagery in the trailer of a wave of blood coming down this corridor, which is a reference to the shinning, the psychological thriller in which hallucinations and madness are present. All of them actually. Some might say stay away from Nosferatu & Malkavian but they're just memers who repeat what they've been told. For Nosferatu you can still walk on the streets without masquerade violation provided you don't get in the face of people and most dialogue options play out the same save for AWW SHIT!. The only thing you'll be missing is the ability to hire prostitutes but who even cares. As for Malkavians, the deranged dialogue loses its charm few hours in the game but foreshadowing makes things interesting for a new player. You get a lot of information through dialogue and figuring that out can be especially fun for new players. Otherwise the entire Malkavian insight experience is reduced to a "I get that reference" one.

Those modern aspects do not work with the Seattle underground, unless this is being extensively maintained or renovated underground. Which is possible but its a reach.

They aren't in pic, the door controls could be for a variety of rooms. The spacing could just mean different rooms of differing sizes, or that the asylum was built into an already existing building which wasn't intended to by an asylum, hence it wasn't constructed to purpose and isn't uniform.
