The "bonuses" variations of loadout weapons give dont affect damage at all, every single weapon performs the same regardless of their variation and it boils down to personal preference and customisation.
REQ Weapons are fucking nothing, they're used in the last 20% of the match and the bonuses they give over their non super charged up counterparts can be acquired by just using the armour abilities that they give while respawning. Prophets Bane? Just get a sword and active camo.
Plasma Pistols are the most common REQ and they will fuck up any "legendary" vehicle as good as they fuck up a "standard" vehicle.

No, BR and DMR are not power weapons. Of course not. But they are the MAIN fucking weapon of any large map. Which warzone maps all are. Before you unlock those, you're at a direct disadvantage due to range alone. A paying player will have an advantage over a non-paying player, not to mention you need to rely on RNG in the first place if you don't pay.

H2BR and DMR certificates are NOT common unlocks, feel free to correct me but I remember them being at least blue or purple tier. You are totally at the mercy of RNG trying to get those.

I know first hand because I got mine at a rather average level, SR60~, whereas many of my friends didn't get shit until level 80 or even 100.

Literally every Warzone map focuses on bases, bases which are close range encounters and are not open, which means that the base unlock AR is beneficial in those situations. After completing ONE Warzone match, you earn around 5000 REQ Points which is enough for 4 Bronze REQ packs which will more than likely give you a Magnum or a BR variant which is more than enough to start off with.
H2BR is not a common unlock, no, but it has literally NO ADVANTAGE over the stock BR, it is cosmetic only

Regardless, DMR's are outclassed by BR's/Magnums id argue 99.9% of the time. Warzone maps are large, but long sight lines are reserved for sniping. That fine line between Sniper Territory and BR Territory is never stayed in, you're always moving in and out of it going towards bases, hopping in vehicles, taking separate paths.

It was a straight upgrade to the magnum before it got nerfed.
