F. If you message me out of the blue and I don't know you. Nobody likes unsolicited guild invites. Posting your shit on a LFG channel or similar is fine, just don't PM me. I'll PM you if I have any interest.
G. Similarly, if you just ginvite me out of the blue.
H. If you have unsecured guild storage. This depends on the game obviously
I. If you supply your guild members with potions or other buff items. It encourages laziness and reduces self-sufficiency.
J. If you show blatant favoritism towards a member because you know them in real life.
K. If you have stoners or other drug addicts as members. Annoying pricks, all of them, who never shut up about weed.
L. False advertising of any sort. Example, claiming you have multiple very highly ranked/geared core players, and when I inspect them I find that they have worse gear than I do.
M. If you are a streamer, or have a member who is a streamer. Streamers need to die slowly in a fire.
N. If you or your members frequently flood chat with retarded in-jokes or memes. Once in a while is fine.
O. If you or your members just suck at the game. Most guilds fail this one.
P. If you, your officers, or your members are ultra casuals and have no desire to improve or clear difficult content.
Q. Similarly, if you, your officers, or your members are extremely ultra hardcore and expect people to be on for 8 hour long activities.

What do people hope to accomplish by spamming random new players/guildless passerbys with an invite to their guild? This happened to me all the time on FFXIV and on the rare occasion I did accept those invites the guild was just dead quiet despite having a lot of online members.

Artificially inflated member counts to make it seem like its a big active important guild, all for the purpose of trying to seem more enticing to actually geared and experienced end-game players so they can carry the GM and his band of retarded friends through content they could never clear on their own.

I feel u brother, I crated over 10 guilds in my gaming time, it all ends the same, bunch of cunts trying to overthrow me so they leave and make their small guild together, which also dies in the few weeks. Fucking cunts

Part of that is that people naturally form cliques over time. The only real way to prevent new players from being alienated is for the guild leader to try to break up the cliques every so often whenever a new player joins, since people will often run with the same subgroups. This is especially true in games that have different player counts for content like 4 man dungeons, 8 man dungeons, 12 man raids, 25 man raids, etc.

But there's no reason to play the game at 60 because that when it's get boring.
Doing raids is the epitome of shit in MMO's and you can just solo PvP fine.
