An 800 calorie difference for a week is not enough to cause those issues unless you're already sick

Just do some calisthenics if you're too lazy to workout. It should help abit with both stress and burning calories.

It depends on height, weight and activity level. 2500 calories a day is a very high estimate for the average person unless you're intentionally trying to put on weight.

Im looking at calorie counters, and they say I should eat upwards of 2000 calories to maintain weight. 1500 for extreme weight loss. So are you a manlet twig?

I lost 120lbs in the past two years and ate take out pizza a bunch during that time.
It's not just one thing that does it. If you really want pizza, limit yourself to the best one once every week, and then later every other week. You don't need to stop eating it entirely.
Welp, manlet then. Im 6'2,or 6'2, not sure, and 220lbs. These counters are putting me between 2300 and 2900 to maintain weight.
Its not unreasonable if OP is a complete couch potato NEET, especially if they are short.
