I agree with REmake 2 but because what said. BotW and NuGoW are okay, mediocre at worse. Don't deserve the praise they get but they aren't bad games.
Maybe GoW abuses too much of it's gimmick but I have hope they may try to make it mroe game-like with the sequel after the studio became aware of Mattew MAt. review.

All 3 were good, but each had massive flaws. Make a game with 1's Story quality, 2's character and conversation quality, and 3's gameplay quality, and you'd get kino.

I didn't much care for Dragon Age: Inquisition's singleplayer, despite it being a critical success. I didn't like the writing very much, the interface was terrible, and the gameplay and zone design made me feel like I was playing an MMO by myself. It actually worked pretty well for the multiplayer, though. I wouldn't mind if they brought that back in 4, maybe integrated it with the base game the way Mass Effect 3 did.

Honestly I haven't played it yet, still having fun with HOI4 mods and running matches with my buddies. But from what I heard its empty, not at all strategic, they've taken the mana system to a whole new level of shit. Its a bad map painter, and if that's what you're looking for EU4 is a better option.

The baffling thing is that lots and lots of great game developers adore Skyrim. They make games I personally consider fifty orders of magnitude better than Skyrim, but in interviews they'll always say how they'll never be able to come close to it.

There is literally nothing redeeming about Infinite other than some of the nice set-pieces. You would need the absolute lowest level of taste imaginable to ever call the game anything over mediocre.
