Soon to have the Model O as well
Every logitech mouse I've had flaked out in less than 6 months
I've had 2 Razer mice, this one and the orochi and I haven't had any problems with either
One of the SteelSeries Rival mouses. Like an older one. Works fine, but I wore out the rubber on the sides. Protip: don't get a mouse with rubber grip. It may feel good at first but it wears the fuck out. Next time I'm gonna get a fuckin full plastic one, with maybe a few steel details.
G Pro Wireless, but ordered the model o out of curiousity and the reviews are all positive so it can't be that bad right?
Intellimouse 1.1a
Absolute champ, I think it's 12 years old now and still great.
Nothing so holy.
Logitech G703
weird, my logitech is like 5 years old and working perfectly
logitech is notorious for using chinese produced omron switches which very often end up double clicking
my g305 started double clicking after 7 months but i like it so much i bought another one.
only £30 for the second anyway
i mean it's $50 so even if it turns out to be shit it's not a big deal
bought a g400 like 8-10 years ago, still going strong outside of the mouse wheel getting gunk in it
Logitech G Pro Wireless
if Logitech didn't have such a rapid turnover on successors to their product line, I would honestly buy a second one and leave it boxed until the time came that my current one needed replacing. It's stellar.
used to have this chinkmouse with weights and it was actually pretty good, shame it died mid game. got an fk1 now
It's alright
On the list of things I'd definitely love to have but definitely not paying the full price for
>be finalmouse
>make overpriced as fuck product
>blame your costumers for shipping delays because "we had to take people working in the warehouse to answer e-mails complaining"
>artificial scarcity out of your ass
>ends up selling for 250$+ on ebay like some supreme clothing type shit
>competitor makes the identical mouse with a better cable, better feet, RGB and for half the price
>competent production and logistics
>send finalmeme into delirious twitter rants
based glorious pc gaming company
I play tf2 with only my laptop touchpad
the G Pro Wireless is $130. The G Pro doesn't use the latest Hero sensor featured in the G Pro Wireless. Retarded naming convention if it's not just a wireless version of the same mouse, I know.
I too only use mice that can house bees.
meant model O here.
dont be modest
i have one and its the best mouse i have ever owned, even better than g400, but then again its double the price
oooh, yeah I see what you were saying now, disregard me I'm retarded
Dunno man. Got mine for $100. Had it for like 6 months. No issues yet.
I'm sorry Mom, I ran out of things to plug the holes with
He means the model o by glorious pc gaming race.
Company might sound reddit tier but their mousepads are good and their mechanical keyboards are very affordable hotswitchables so I don't really wonna trash them.
this honeycomb pattern looks like it will be a mess to clean...both buttons and the palm rest should be easily removable so you can wash them
>missed the pun about a mouse with holes in it
Yes, I love my 703 as well. Got the charging mouse pad too
good luck cleaning that mouse
G502, best boi
what is the best way to clean that shiny grease effect that builds up on M1 over the course of years of use? Rubbing alcohol?
opposite for me, razer is poorly built shit, logitech lasts longer
>don't touch the honeycomb shape because you use a claw grip
>use an air can every few months you should already have anyway for your keyboard hygiene
?
I thought it would be really bad. Was afraid of dropping food and stuff in it, but no problems. I just don't use it while eating chips or anything with crumbs.
Pretty comfy for RPGs and MMOs where having skills on my thumb lets me use WASD with impunity.
The Two-Button configuration isn't quite as nice as the Deathadder, the buttons are still fine but they have less actuation distance and I preferred the squishier feel of the deathadders buttons because I could slam them pretty hard during action games and really register the button press.
All the other button configurations are just as good as they are on their respective dedicated mouse.
Razer had fallen behind on their laser game for awhile too but the laser on this thing is really reliable and accurate. Glad to see they caught up.
>dude it's 20 grams lighter!
Placebo.
Thats happens with all ABS plastic, nothing you can clean off
Basically no mouse manifacturer uses PBT so you're shit out of luck
that makes me sad. Thank you all the same, user.
Imagine how much shit falls inside that painfully crappy design after a few years
I'm on my third Logitech M510 now. They're just good enough.
I'm assuming that brand is for people who outright replace their mouse every six months.
The bees keep it clean.
>blow air
>it's gone
wow it's so fucking difficult
I don't have a hole-ey mouse, but my I went from 160g to 70g and it was a huge and very noticeable difference
>blowing air will magically clean the sticky dead skin
Corsair M65. I have big hands and needed a chonk. Feels nice but I'm debating going back to my old WMO because I'm starting to get tired of the M65's bloatware for features I don't use.
Based.
Same here, damn good mouse.
G403
>air can removes poop residues from your mothers ass
i dont think so schwimm
how exactly? You're just blowing it further inwardly if blowing into those holes.
>use air duster
wow so difficult
Been using a G400s for years and I have a brand new G600 waiting for it's turn.
Also I just checked Amazon and the G600 is a "daily deal" thing, it's only $25 which seems like a pretty killer deal.
I could definitely tell the difference between my 110+ gram steel series sensei and 85 gram FK1 Zowie, not saying you are going to be better player but its definitely noticeable.
obviously you can feel it. if you can feel the difference between 23g an 22g darts you definitely can feel 20g difference in a mouse
>25% weight loss is placebo
kek
A difference you adjust to in 5 minutes tops and that doesn't change your aim whatsoever.
But sure, I suppose you need some justification for overpaying for hardware.
kek
>overpaying
what did he mean by this
50$ is perfectly fine for any mouse with a 336x something PMW sensor
corsair harpoon rgb
only using it because my good logitech mouse broke
my only flaw with the g pro wireless is that my mousewheel got way more noisy after the first month of us and has remained that way; after having looked it up, it seems to be a relatively common complaint which seemingly no DIY fix. Beyond that tiny niggle, it's the best mouse I've ever had
Deathadder Essential, straight from China. Got it from Aliexpress for $25
MX518, but sadly the second version with angle snapping. It's pretty old now but still works. Replaced the cable once and had to repair the clicks once as well but that was ez.
If people are so concerned about weight why don't you just buy a cheaper low latency mouse and drill some holes in it?
G502
the scroll wheel is all fucked up though
>he doesn't put speed holes in his mouse
This is why you'll never be a Pro Gamer
Zalman Eclipse.
I used to just buy gigabyte m6800 every couple of months. They break easily, but costs nothing.
>he doesn't tape wings on to his mouse to make it more aerodynamic
fucking casual
Intellimouse 3.0 pro, bought from china
Basically a non-shit version of the Intellimouse 3.0 classic
I've got some cheapo steelseries something-or-other I got at the old walmarto
>A difference you adjust to in 5 minutes tops and that doesn't change your aim whatsoever.
thats so wrong
Corsair scimitar. 12 side buttons and I don't even play MMOs.
Yeah I bet you REALLY started pwning those noobs after you upgraded to [newest retarded hardware trend]
G502
A bit too small but I love it
I pity you, bro. How's your wrist feel?
user I -
Aren't these both (model O and ninja) just copies of Zowie design with holes? LMAO and these fucks act like they are some kind of geniuses.
>Hole in mouses for weight reduction
What the fuck it saves like 5 grams of weight at best, this falls under the same retardation category as skeletionized AR-15s
it doesn't get much cheaper than the model O
no but im not a retard pretending weight doesnt make a difference
Unironically the cheapest option at Lidl
based
I wish I bought the Steelseries Sensei with the charging base while it was still available
HOLE TECHNOLOGY
>Hey, what are all these holes?
>They're speed-holes, they make the mouse go faster
>Oh yeah! Speed-holes!
A Razer mouse that I won in a contest when I was 16.
The wheel is fucked so I'm considering getting a new one
the one to rule em all
>spends $200 USD for hole technology because MUH WEIGHT
>mouse is still wired so the cable drags and creates more friction anyway
>on a shit $5 Walmart mouse pad
>on a desk that isn't ergonomic so you have limited range of movement
>sitting in a $200 ricershit gaming chair that's going to give you scoliosis in 5 years
>staring at a monitor with anywhere from 5 - 20ms input lag
>all on some third-world 1Mb/s connection
are you actually me, I won a razer mouse in a contest when I was 16 and the scroll wheel first stopped clicking and then broke completely
i've been using a logitech g302 for about a year and a half now and still zero problems with it, it's great
This shit gave me hand cancer almost. It's so awful to hold. I went from that shit to a Logitech G403. God tier. The first moment I held it, it healed my hand back to normal.
As long as you don't live in the same country as me, then probably not
The old Deathadder (which I assume you both won) had a bad wheel. Me and a friend also had ours break
The Elite model is exactly the same though, just built more sturdy
or you could just pay $50 like the mouse in the OP
>he doesn't put racing strips to his mouse to make it look sharp
Get out.
Are these the crocs of mice?
A Dell KM636.
When the wheel fucked up I got a deathadder that just stopped working, so I went back to the other one I have
It's a piece of garbage compared to the Xornet and Spawn.
CM is retarded. They had the perfect fingertip shell shape and they threw it away for no fucking reason. Now people fell in love with the Mastermouse S so you can bet they're gonna come up with a way to ruin that too.
A rival 600
>he doesn't paint his mouse red on top of all that
>hit the button that unlocks the scrollwheel
>get can of compressed air
>scroll Yea Forums at speeds once thought unreachable
Am I having a stroke or is that keyboard unreasonably long?
It's not grease, you are literally polishing it with your fingers by using it.
I mean it might actually be greasy from your hands but you're still wearing down the plastic to a smooth surface.
Never experienced any discomfort using it.
Ive yet to find a mouse that feels as good to use as the Intellimouse 3.0. Then again, I have pretty big hands.
I used the deathadder forever until they released this, which is almost the same shape.
Not 300? Yikers
it's a numpad user
looks like a nightmare to clean
logitechg.com
Is the new MX518 good? I still got an original one but it's due for retirement.
>he doesn't put sneed holes in his mouse
test
Clean?
enjoy your click latency
My niggas, until I used the G403 I was sure that I'd never like a mouse as much as I did the G400
>Bought a G502
>It's already double clicking less than 6 months in
Even my shitadder lasted longer than this.
I should buy another one.
>Had it for like 6 months. No issues yet.
The fact that you think a mouse lasting 6 months is noteworthy says enough
Couple questions:
What is click latency? And is it bad?
>click latency
>mattering
kek
>side rubber pads collect gunk like magnets, and also get wore down prety quickly
>mmb klick unreliable as fuck due to loose scrollsway buttons
>scrollsway switches obviously lower quality than the rest stary doubleclicking prety quickly
>no upwards movement rettention on main mouse buttons so mouse constantly makes clanking noises
sensor is spot on and additional buttons are well placed but that should be a baseline at that pricepoint
Whatever cheap shit I can find as long as it has one of those fabric cords that last decades because Im not retarded enough to fall for the brand meme.
That's on par or even lower than what the other top tier mice have though
The delay added by the mouse processing your click, smart people from OC.net hooked up an LED to mouse switches and compared them turns out many popular mice don't even give a shit about click latency and shove it under the rug even though it's extremely important.
Extra 4ms could mean winning or losing a game with money on the line.
are the logitech wireless mice any good?
not really when the other side has that extra 4ms as well
hell, even more. check the zowie ones for example, and like half of csgo pros use them
where my dragonbros at
Zowie mice are all top used in comp esports so whatever
i love looking at stock pictures of mice youre trying to shill on a chinese cartoon website
Not really, but if so then those "top mice" are just turds with good marketing
They're the only ones worth buying
basically logitech makes the only good wireless mice
>what are sponsorships
also, very likely they give the pros better models without latency and sell turds to consumers
>I can notice 4ms I swear!
g403 and razer mamba elite
or maybe your 5ms doesn't matter.
that's like 3% of a pro's reaction time, and there's never going to be a proper duel where it comes down to pure reaction for both sides at the same time
DM1 FPS currently but glad to retire it for the model o which should come next week in the mail.
If I end up not liking it, I honestly don't know. Probably gonna try a few others like the mx518 and s1 (s2 was too small) and if everything fails just back to the g203 which I liked the most overal (g305 is way too heavy for that shape, even with mods)
Been using a g500s since about 2012, desperately needs a replacement since both main buttons are fucked, and if I were to replace the switches I'd have to remove the rubber feat to open the cunt up. What's the best alternative today? All of logitech's new shit looks ricer as fuck, and is super overpriced, but I can't survive without 3 well placed thumb buttons for voice chat channels.
Unironically a cheap "gamer" mouse from a Mexican brand. It's nice looking and has a nice weight to it. At first I thought the thin cable would last a few months at most but it's been 6 years and that mouse is still working in perfect condition.
Probably I can, cause I'm not a boomer, but that's not the point. The game will notice 4ms always.
>there's never going to be a proper duel where it comes down to pure reaction for both sides at the same time
It happens every day in CSGO matches, both players preaim a corner and see each other, then milliseconds decide
for me, it's the nixeus revel
well I guess all cs pros are retarded then when they don't use the ikari but mice with latency
M100
Same. It is just a bit light in the front so I accidentally lift it too high sometimes.
Good mouse
g305 or g603 for gayming?
This is my mouse. His name is Jim. Short for James.
Ergonomics, which are a personal thing, are far more important than specs, at least past the "good enough" threshold for sensors.
If you just let the internet tell you which mouse to buy without moving your ass and trying it out at a store, you're doing it wrong.
Logitechs mice are still really good and are the best imo. The G403 doesn't look overdesigned like the rest. If you really dont like any of the Logitech mice Zowie is probably the best afterwards.
A Steelseries Rival 310. I upgraded from the 300 because the rubber grips on the side totally wore out.
310 has silicone grips but the glue holding them onto the plastic melted off in a heat wave last year in bongistan.
I don't know why, I call him Gerald.
>$80
>no sensitivity switches
>only 2 thumb buttons
Yeah nah that ain't garn fly
there is a dpi button on the g403 you retard, and why do you need more than 2 side buttons?
>there is a dpi button on the g403 you retard
If it's not accessible during normal use, meaning you don't need to lift the thing up and flip it over to get to it, it's no fuckin use. 3 side buttons are perfect since I play games that have more than 2 voip channels.
It's under the scroll wheel you dense cunt
Cute
Holy shit I didn't even know this existed. Thanks bro.
I don't live near a microcenter and most other big box stores that sell PC hardware have a limited selection to try.
I'm still rocking a g402 even after almost 5 years
yeah zowie definitely sponsors most csgo teams
Imagine a mouse like this but with a small fan that can be used to cool your hand during a hot day
this is the fucking worst photoshop I've ever seen
Here's an idea. How about
>remove the palm rest cover(the one with hexagonal holes)
>replace it with a thin(but high tensile strength polymer film)
>make mouse the back of the mouse air tight
>fill it up with air
>mouse becomes balloon
>light as fuck
>fill it up with air
>mouse becomes balloon
>light as fuck
Where can I buy it?
What is the best headset? Should I go for a razer one? Or its a meme
>Headset
Now you've done it.
if you're american on their website, though the matte versions are sold out atm (restock in 2-3 weeks)
If you're europoor on caseking.de, also june
What's a good mouse for someone with big hands? Pinkie drag is getting on my nerves.
>black because a mouse should be black
>white for ridiculous rgb
which one Yea Forums?
Logitech MX Master because I have big hands
Zowie FK1+
True, ive had g502 (old version) and twice the right click gave up after about a year, when holding it down it switched on and off all the time
>unbennant
mein neger
300 is crap
Sneed.
Logitech g203
perfect sensor and fits my hand like a glove
never buying another mouse if I don't have to
these tweets sound like they're written by donald himself
I really thought the fucking air mouse was a meme only ten year Olds bought because of ninja. You guys are fucking stupid.
It's a lotus pod resting on someone's finger, not a shop you retard
using that mouse as we speak
>mega milkers while being only 4'11"
This. I thought these things would have fans in them or something, not just Hole Technology™
Based
i know absolutely fuck all about mice but it seems pretty good to me
G300s.
Is this supposed to be a sweat container?
I JUST WANT A GOOD MOUSE THAT STOPS DOUBLE CLICKING IN LESS THAN A YEAR AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Underrated.
I live in yurop and ordered one from their site yesterday.
I bet most of you fags with riced out mice own those meme racer chairs too. Fucking retards.
My only problem with this mouse is with the two button side config. The buttons are just a tad bit too far down. Otherwise it's a great mouse.
>scroll wheel degrades and stops working over time
shit mouse
I've had the deathadder 2013 since forever, literally the best mouse I've owned
I've had logitech shit before and they broke relatively fast
based beekeeper
I've had it for two years but then the mouse wheel broke. RIP
A G502 from years ago.
i did the same for their keyboards but dont forget shipping can be quite expensive, also costums like to fuck you over at times
g402
every razer mouse i had went to shit in 6 month time, meanwhile g402 i have has served me 4 years or so without a single issue
g305 better
opposite day or something?
looks like it got shot
you probably click too hard. i've only had this issue with a mouse 4 years old and lots of hours
Is this mouse a meme or is it actually good?
CMStorm
it wasn't a meme
in 2019 you have better options
What's similar to it with the same price point (~$35)?
literally any logitech mouse
Any new model to replace this yet?
Any other mice like deathadder with 2 buttons on the side, 2 near the wheel? Love it's simplicity and shape but razer quality has the deathadder falling apart pretty quickly, namely those grips on the side which have been elmers glued on
What good logitech mouse less than $60?
steelseries sensei because the wheel click of my corsair sabre rgb broke
g502 if you want a higher end one
amazon.com
G402 for a more budget option
amazon.com
I've had this exact mouse for over 3 years now and it's still good. But I also play alot of games that are better played with a controller.
Logitech G103
Serves me well
Sadly it feels like you need to go out of your way if you want a mouse with no rubber padding these days.
does it really bother you that much?
Entropy can't be defeated.
When you find something you really like, immediately buy a spare one for the future.
