Xenoblade Chronicles 2 gets a lot of flack around here and it's definitely rushed and flawed, but at the same time it's really fucking fun and good. I just love how ambitious it is.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is unironically the best JRPG ever made.
Name a game with better exploration and world building - you can't. Now add to that the best video game soundtrack ever composed, god-tier art direction, a compelling story and an exciting battle system that, even if it gets repetitive later on, always makes you feel amazing when you finish all combos.
XC2 is the peak of gaming. Nia is the cutest character ever created too.

I see some people call it Neptunia and Atelier-tier kusoge but then I see other people claiming it's like Lunar or Grandia or Skies of Arcadia
And I don't know who to trust because I don't want to waste my fucking money

It's a bad game but it parallels and is more similar to Lunar/Grandia/SoA in tone and themes far more than it does Nepshit.

It's a great game, if you ever played a Xenoblade game before you know what to expect, the franchise is pretty consistent in terms of quality.

Trails is the game series that always gets mentioned here and actually is Atelier/Neptunia tier shovelware, not Xenoblade.
