kenshi

What game lets me understand what the fuck OP is trying to say?

blood borne. hell any from software game really.

this

every event in jrpgs where you are meant to lose but you don't know that, so you use all your rare consumables, then the cut scene happens and you lose anyway

>*reloads and skips every turn*
Heh nothin personnel

faggot, the rider dude is a lame weakling who shouldn't be playing hero.

You are right. But he certainly is not lame.

The character out of their league are always the best, like Usopp

All the Soulsborne protagonists are literal who's who just managed to step up and beat the odds. Even in the first game the Chosen Undead wasn't really the chosen one but some undead warrior who happened to fulfil the prophecy. There were many others before him and still others striving alongside him.

I dont understand the principles of mumen rider
he knows he is a guy on a bicycle, and he knows there are actual creatures and people with godlike powers running around
whats he thinking?

EDF

Why do From zoomers always say shit like this?

>whats he thinking?
Justice

I think hes supposed to represent that even normal people can do good things in a world of super heros and bullshit

Do you think there are any heroes left in man? If everyone lived like this then there would be nothing but a world filled with bugmen user. Do not have a single ideal you uphold or are you a slave to your whimsical urges?

Attached: 182-1828501_mega-man-replica-proto-man-helmet-mini-protoman.jpg (820x612, 88K)

but it's not impossible. it's so doable some random bublefuck could kill the greatest race of gods that created the whole world, and another random fuck killed some eldritch gods, etc.
imagine living in the souls universe, gathering 20 good men, and absolutely wiping everything off the face of the world because nobody can handle a random guy and his one/two phantom friends let alone a whole squad

I don't think user meant that Bloodborne is an impossibly difficult game but rather that within the context of its premise your character has impossible odds. Some of the things you fight are things no one has ever confronted before and the others are beings who have successfully brought some of the greatest hunters low.

What the fuck is his problem?

Attached: sweet mask what a hero to mankind.png (1518x1080, 2.93M)

Yes, I'm sure if you were in the Bloodborne universe you'd get past the first wolf beast.

DMC V:
The game lets you murderkill the prologue boss that was supposed to be invincible for you with a rusty spoon and the game ends there with a different ending.

Only one small step away from being a monster himself.

He's most likely a "monster" himself, just masking himself as a regular human.

>you
???

Shit, is this really OPM? I thought people never dies in the series. But those people, they are definitely dead.

He's number 1 C rank for a reason

His superpowers are determination and a shitload of luck.

sweet mask goes for the kill every time

There's plenty of people dying and/or being beaten into a pupl in OPM.

Lmao are you thinking of One Piece or something?
OPM (at least the manga, I haven't read the whole webcomic) starts with a city being fucking wiped off by Saitama because he punched a giant monster in the wrong direction. Or that time the aliens nuked a whole fucking city in an instant with their space ship.
People die all the time in OPM, it just happens to be random fucks you never get to see, or monsters. Those dudes are just random people in power armor being mind controlled.

I do have 4.1. Never played it but I bought it on release. I think that is a pretty good fit actually. I've never played an edf but I hope I understand the story without the previous games.

>I've never played an edf but I hope I understand the story without the previous games.
lol, the story doesn't matter

Yeah I mean sure there's always been death in the series but it's usually in the background, but to see characters actually killing is unseen so far for me, even garo hasn't killed anyone yet. Then again I'm an animefag, but seeing how season 2 is, I should read the manga soon enough.

If he hadn't stood up to the DSK, no one else would have and Saitama would have been to late to save them.

You see the first episode of BnHA or read the first chapter? Mumen Rider is basically Deku if he never got powers bestowed upon him.

>Do not have a single ideal you uphold
What kind of shitty ideal has you acting as a meatshield to a bunch of literal NPCs who didn't even bother to stand by him? All you'll accomplish by protecting those who will not protect themselves is incentivize cowardice, you create a precedent for others to follow, that it's ok to cower in fear and abandon your heroes since someone will come and protect you in the end. If they really deserved life then LET THEM STAND FOR THEMSELVES

4.1 story wise - 7 years ago aliens invaded earth but were defeated.
Now they come back and you have to fight them off.
Don't disrespect professor Ohara sacrifice

Haven't read this in a while but isn't he the guy that hates uggos? What a based fucking dude, ugly people don't deserve to live.

Attached: 1522762918654.gif (240x287, 277K)

How much will they fuck up all that Suiryu/Gouketsu/Bakuzan stuff in the anime?

ever wonder why no one will call you a hero?

In the shitty Matrix game the agents were invincible, but i always fought them anyway. But if you fought them long enough you could sometimes find a high place to knock them off or something to 'win'.

Attached: chud to chad.jpg (700x416, 58K)

Most likely the same situation as Garou

He just misspelled "principle"

Is this handrawn or has it been computer edited before publishing? It's almost hard to believe someone can draw this well

>implying
look at those two hot ass babes in the top right corner. Sweet Mask is just totally deranged now, and probably not even human.

no, you do it because you're better and you know better and you set an example that everyone is going to remember until they live. and after you can even give a good speech about how we have to be better than this.
fuck off villain

I mean human instinct is always to save yourself. To focus on yourself. Cut the Kreia bullshit. It takes a bigger person to go above that and beyond that deep-seated urge.

Attached: memes.jpg (193x261, 10K)

>computer edited
What do you mean? I think it's pretty clear they do some things digitally but Murata does work traditionally. Not sure what the whole process is like exactly but I don't think Murata does digital

Mumen Rider clearly has heart that rivals Saitama's at the time he decided to untertake his training, so why did Saitama become strong while Rider remains a normal baseline human?

THERE ARE NO HEROES
MANKIND IS DOOMED
That was all just setup to make a protoman reference in reponse to the other guy that did calm your fucking tits

He doesn't do the pushups or sit ups.

Apparently because Rider didn't kill himself with his training so he never had a chance to exceed his limits

Try watching one of Murata's rare livestreams. He's genuine.

Because there is no explanation for Saitama's power.

oh shit, i'm sorry

Attached: darkshine.jpg (640x640, 114K)

So according to what I have been reading and you said, Saitama most likely almost died ton of times during his training?

That's not that well drawn tho.

Man I don't fucking know, isn't that the whole point introduced in the manga version? That people and monsters can "evolve" past their limits if they survive a near death experience of sorts

>look at those two hot ass babes in the top right corner.
Maybe they were ugly on the inside or something.

Because mumen rider doesn't train, he just goes around on his bike, that barely counts as an activity

>ride your faggy bike around vs push yourself past your limits everyday
Gee I wonder why.

Maybe.

Attached: 1538595773082.jpg (300x300, 25K)

Why is it that people absolutely love talking about shit they know nothing about?

Attached: x14.jpg (600x849, 162K)

It always annoyed me that they don't translate his name. He is supposed to be license-less/No-license Rider. Like no driver's license. That's why he rides a bike. Mumen....psshhh

so basically: "it just works, shut up"?

*Garou.
Fuck FUUUUUCK

What the fuck

Attached: 1554076949365.png (314x270, 69K)

Garou was supposed to die 3 or 4 times at this point, but he's slowly becoming a monster (a real one)

Because it loses the wordplay of similarity to 'Kamen'.

He just really wants to do good, even if it kills him.

I doubt there will ever be a serious explanation for his power.

more syllables and harder to know which character everyone is talking about
mumen is unmistakable
also you just wanted to show everyone you knew what it meant
showing off is a mind virus that infects others

Ah nice, watchdog man beating him was a surprise

100 push ups
100 sit ups
10 km running
every day

Garou is also breaking his limiter you absolute fucking faggot retard, the thing about it is that every being has a set limiter, can you not fucking read? Garou's limiter is higher than Saitama's but with effort alone and putting himself through the insane ordeal he is putting himself into is enough for it to work.
Can you retards not read? What the hell is wrong with this board.
No, Garou was close to break his limiter but his conflict of wanting to be a monster and half assing his true objective is what stopped him right before the end.

Attached: x10.jpg (608x2548, 707K)

but Deku is a huge faggot that cries almost as much as Steven Universe

nah I was just being a hipster. Proving that I got into it before everyone else did. I can admit when I am being a fuck. Mob Psycho 100 is better. Can't wait to see Black Sperm animated though.
I know.

ive tried to do this and its actually ridiculously hard
serious pain starts hitting around 30

That's really just what it is. Characters in the OPM universe try to explain it with things like the limiter but in the end, all he did was train until he became bald. It's part of the joke. Even Garou is no match for him after breaking his limiter.

Halo Reach

Attached: 1526940948601.jpg (1024x487, 31K)

He still broke his limiter spergo kun

If Genos is correct, he's just an edgelord who was hurt in the past.

don't do it dude, you'll go bald

The entirety of Cold Steel 2's second to last dungeon. Lots of holding back and convenient timing. No other series has used those tropes more than the trails seriesssss

They probably won't fuck up Gouketsu because he was offpaneled in the manga.

Ah yes, "characters in the universe" like the omniscient narrator.
No, you learn to read.

Attached: x14.jpg (600x848, 115K)

Attached: x16.jpg (600x848, 93K)

The manga is pretty brutal but very fun to read. You have Garou who beats heroes to a pulp but never kills them because he wants to be feared by them, then you have Child Emperor and Zombieman violently killing monsters into bloody bits in the most gruesome ways.

Show me where exactly the narrator said that Saitama breaking his limiter is the reason for his power?

Is this the most violent and gory human death in OPM or are there more? Excluding monsters of course.
I mean they legit got torn to pieces.

Yeah I mean the manga has always been gory but these always applied to monsters, just shocked me to see actual humans being torn apart with shit tons of blood and guts flying everywhere from a shonen series like OPM

Desktop Dungeons has some shit that seems impossible if you don't know how to abuse the mechanics just right.

Why are you moving the goalposts? The concept of a limiter is confirmed by virtue of the narrator using it, that is it.
If for you it doesn't apply to Saitama, why not? You are the one that is denying that with no proof when there is enough proof for what Genus explained.

Mumen Rider only drives his bike and focuses on common crimes and is content with it. Another one comparable to Saitama would be Glasses who apparently has been training on his own since the fan monster incident and even stood against Garou in hand to hand combat for a moment.

Based saitama not only btfoing enemies with 1 punch but also mentally breaking them

Final Fantasy 5. Galuf vs. Exdeath.

The MA arc takes it up a notch with humanoid monsters getting melted and zombieman getting destroyed every time he makes a move.

Attached: x8.jpg (600x848, 88K)

How many named good guys have died in OPM?
No one. Those mercenaries weren't even named.

>moving the goalposts
I was simply asking you to prove your own claim. The limiter exists, yes, but it's not the explanation for his power because there is none. You're acting just like the characters in the series, trying to "rationally" explain Saitama's strength. Protip: All of it is just a joke. Even if he faces someone who broke his limiter he'll just defeat him with the same ease as every other opponent. Because the point of the series isn't for Saitama to find a worthy opponent and all this limiter stuff was just introduced to further drive the point home that Saitama will never meet his match.

Saitama is the same as the people that transformed into monsters for stupid reasons. The only difference is his intent to get stronger wasn't malicious.

>basis for my claims: my ass

If you haven't yet figured out that subversion of expectations is a very common theme in OPM you might be retarded. They'll set up an opponent who has truly broken his limiter (unlike Garou who apparently just came close to it) and have Saitama effortlessly beat him.

I've played through both of these. Such good fucking moments. I don't think I could ever give enough praise for instances like this. It's mind boggling how touching they are.

Attached: 1556247141877.jpg (500x281, 33K)

It's because God decided it, obviously.
