I hated Smash 4 since the fucking beggining and always loved melee. Ultimate is just the best and moST polished game of the series imo and should be used as a base for all the future Smash games, if there's any.

Smash 4 was a decent game, but a lot of people stopped playing competitive because Bayonetta over-centralized the meta. Like, it became just unfun playing online because any dummy could pull off a combo off the top if you were at 40%. Also engine sucked.
