No one in America would say cunt and expect that not to be a vicious insult. That is literally all the word is used for in America, no one Ever uses it in a joking manner.

The joking phrase for that in America is 'pussy'. In an American context, the guy sounds like he just yelled, "nigger I hope you fucking die". In a European context, the guy sounds like he just yelled, "bastard I hope you fucking die". One one side of the line that shit is way too much for a tabletop game and sounds psycho as hell.
