Anyone can be strong, but men have a huge natural advantage. They generally have larger frames capable of supporting larger musculature, and produce testosterone naturally (which also encourages muscle growth)/ Women will have to work much, much harder to achieve what a man can in terms of strength. It's not even possible at the highest levels (i.e. strongman competitions) unless you're actually a genetic freak.
