Are you using the counter mechanic? That's honestly the best tool to start fighting back against high damage and stun some of the more dangerous enemies in the area to ease some of the pressure on you.

Im attempting to counter which works out sometimes, always going back to moike kobe's videos to study a bit. Im shit at fighting games so I dont have the crazy reaction speed for certain things in god hand. But it won't stop me from completing it on normal at least, I just want my full moveset back starting from scratch is rough

Why?
It was a slow descent into madness that eventually turned to laughter, along with /got/. Thank Christ it wasn't like a sudden drop in quality. Each season since 3 just got progressively worse, and many keks were had.
I guess you can pity the people who were super into it and thought it was quality up until S7, those people who react to it online, but I'm not entirely sure if they're people.

Don't the signs were there since season 5, and some would argue season 4 but season 4 was dope imo. Season 8 was a wake up call but it's clear since season 5 things were going downhill.

Not a bad pick at all, user. Even though 0 is my favorite game, Akiyama is my favorite protag, so I like that game a lot.

Yeah, it takes careful observation. Try timing the counters against the slower heavy attacks, like the wind-up punches or the elbow spins and don't be too proud to grovel. You'll make the levels back up. Even I occasionally go "fuck that" and waste an orb to ease the pressure.
Starting from scratch is pretty annoying though. I get ya there.
